Gregg Lindner

District 4
Lewes, Millsboro, Long Neck

About Gregg

Gregg Lindner has found that whether he is at the door of a Democrat, Independent, or Republican voter, the message is clear: Neighborhoods are being built in Sussex County so fast that that our infrastructure and healthcare system can't keep up with them. The sprawl in Sussex County is eating away at our quality of life, and that is why Gregg Lindner is running to give a real voice in Dover.

Gregg is the retired president of a multi-national marketing business where he oversaw operations of over 1,000 employees. He also previously held a local elected position on Delaware County's school board. Gregg lives in Millsboro with his wife, Kathy.

Priorities

Healthcare Access

Healthcare is far too inaccessible in Sussex County. We spend more on healthcare than any other country, and it still takes us months just to get a checkup scheduled. Gregg supports measures that will make Delaware more attractive for healthcare professionals and lower healthcare costs for seniors and children.

Smart Growth vs Over-development

Sussex is one of the fastest growing counties in the country. That is something to be proud of, but it is also a signal that we cannot continue uncontrolled sprawl. In order to maintain the character of our towns, keep housing affordable, and protect our infrastructure and environment, we have to implement measures alongside county council to ensure any further growth is done in a responsible manner that does not leave current residents with the short end of the stick.

Fighting Data Centers

Multiple data centers have been proposed in Delaware, none of which would benefit Delawareans more than they benefit their builders and Silicon Valley corporations. Gregg supports legislation to block these projects wherever they are proposed. We can be for progress and technology without sacrificing our state's wellbeing.

Infrastructure

The developments coming to Delaware are being built faster than the roads, storm drains, electrical lines––everything we need to maintain our standard of living. Gregg's experience in business planning will help him make sure any new developments are equally responsible for installing infrastructure to support their projects.

Quality Education

Education is the best investment we can make for the future of our state. Every kid deserves a fair shot at life. When we invest in education, we are not only improving every child's life, but making Delaware a better place to live for the people who serve us: Our doctors and nurses, our EMTs and police officers, our social workers and other professionals. We need a strong education system for a strong and sustainable Delaware.
